Diane Wilharm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and insurance. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager for Chesapeake Commons Homeowners Association from May 1993 to September 1999. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Illinois State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
