Previously, Garrett held various roles at AT&T from April 2008 to October 2023, including Lead Product Marketing Manager, Senior Sales Operations Manager, and Associate Director of Subscriber Acquisition, where core responsibilities centered on product marketing, sales operations, and driving revenue growth across a multi-state footprint. Garrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate of Science degree from McHenry County College.
