Ale Ayestaran

Ale Ayestaran is the Chief Business Officer at Mynd. Previously, they were with Shift Technologies, Inc. from January 2015 to December 2020, where they led the creation and scaling of key business functions and teams during the company’s series A to public-markets debut five-year hyper growth period. Before that, Ale was with RelateIQ (now SalesforceIQ) from January 2012 to December 2012 as their Business Operations lead. Ale was also with The Boston Consulting Group from January 2006 to December 2014 as a Project Leader.

Ale has been recognized as a top performer throughout their career. Ale was selected for BCG's Associate Abroad Program for top-performing Associates worldwide (first participant from Argentina). Sponsored for MBA studies at Stanford, Ale has also been based in Latin America (3+ years) and Europe (1 year), having participated in over 30 projects with geographical scope across several developed and emerging markets.

Ale Ayestaran has a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a MSc in Industrial Engineer from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.

Ale Ayestaran works with Giles Imrie - VP, Corporate Counsel, Kunal Shah - Chief Product Officer, and Ken Ostner - VP, Business Intelligence. Ale Ayestaran reports to Doug Brien, Co-Founder & CEO.
