Shawn Wiora

Shawn Wiora has a long and varied career in the technology industry. Starting in 1996 as a Professional Speaker, Wiora went on to become the Vice President and Board Member of Automation Image in 2001. In 2003, Wiora founded Steeplechase Enterprises, a technology company that became an industry leading provider with strong partnerships with top companies including Xerox. In 2010, Wiora was brought in as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Billingsley Company to deliver an IT “turn around” and assist in the exploration and sales of a new Data Center business. Wiora then went on to become the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at MedNetwoRx at Medical City Dallas in 2011, as well as Executive Management Consultant, CIO at HealthLinkRx. In 2012, Wiora was an Executive Management Consultant at Envision Healthcare Corporation, and in 2013 became the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Creative Solutions in HealthCare. Wiora also co-founded Mynd Virtual Reality in 2016, and became the CEO and Co-Founder of Maxxsure, LLC the same year. At Maxxsure, Wiora delivered the company’s first seed investment of $5M and A-Round investment of additional $2M.

Shawn Wiora earned a Master of Science (M.S.) from the Bobby B. Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Shawn also earned a Texas Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the McCombs School of Business, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Accounting. Shawn'seducational background began with a High School degree from Bishop Lynch High School.
