Arne Hegstad

Arne Hegstad is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at MyStay since October 2025, responsible for driving sustainable business growth through customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue generation while aligning cross-functional strategies. Prior to this, Arne held various roles at VisBook AS from December 2008 to October 2025, including Head of Sales, where management of sales across the VisBook Group was key, and earlier positions as Sales and Marketing Manager and Marketing Consultant within the same organization. Arne's career also includes sales roles in multiple companies, such as Din Salgskonsulent AS and Norsk Kundeformidling AS, primarily focusing on acquiring cable TV and internet customers. Arne's educational background includes a degree in Web & Multimediadesigner from IT-Akademiet Trondheim and training in both general studies and service for the Norwegian Defence.
