As Trader Development Manager, Jennifer puts 25 years of experience and inspiration into action. Her goal is to give Smith a competitive advantage by continuing to look for ways to maximize Smith’s offering.
Beyond that, she is focused on making sure that Smith’s traders continue to lead the industry with critical market information and are out in front of new engagement tools that customers want to use.
Jennifer has been with Smith since 1994, immediately after her graduation from Texas A&M University. She started as an international sales rep before being promoted first to Training Manager and then to Trading Floor Manager a few years later. She was named the Director of Trading Operations in 2004 before stepping into her current role in 2007.
