Tanya Phillips

Tanya Phillips, CPA, SHRM-SCP, is a finance and payroll expert with extensive leadership experience in global payroll, tax reporting, and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Payroll at Nabors Industries since 2014, Tanya has a proven track record of managing payroll operations for tens of thousands of employees across multiple countries. Previous roles include Global Payroll Director at Weatherford, North American Payroll Manager at Cameron, and Project Manager at BHP Billiton, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and overseeing cross-border payroll operations. Tanya's foundational experience at Shell Oil Company spanned over a decade in various payroll and finance roles, beginning as a Corporate Closing Analyst and culminating as Payroll Services Manager. Tanya holds a BBA in Accounting from Lamar University.
