Mohammed Essam Sobhy DVM, PAS, MBA is a seasoned professional in veterinary medicine and herd management with extensive experience in the dairy industry. Currently serving as Herd Manager at NADEC Foods since October 2019, Mohammed oversees a herd of 15,000 milking cows, implementing biosecurity protocols and optimizing feeding, health, breeding, and cow comfort. Additionally, in a leadership capacity, Mohammed has been instrumental in developing and implementing biosecurity measures for NADEC's extensive livestock operations. As the Founder and President of Ruminants Academy, Mohammed addresses complex herd issues and formulates strategic plans to enhance business decisions in the dairy market. Previous roles include Team Leader for Animal Health at Juhayna Food Industries and Assistant Team Leader at Kiriazi, where Mohammed contributed to the management of significant dairy operations. Mohammed holds a Master of Business Administration from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences, an advanced dairy nutrition certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BVSC degree from Assiut University.
