Micah Carlton

Micah Carlton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Summit Electric Supply, Micah is also a Board Member of the NAED Foundation Board. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources at TT Electronics plc, where responsibilities spanned Global Manufacturing Solutions and Advanced Components Division, as well as Manager of Compensation at Homeward Residential, Inc., and Sr. Compensation Analyst at American Home Mortgage Servicing. Micah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, completed from 1998 to 2002.
