Iwona Grochowska is an Organisational Psychologist and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist with over 25 years of leadership experience. Currently, they run the Centre for the Culture of Relationships, where they support leaders and individuals in psychological crises. Iwona is the author of the program “Psychological First Aid for Leaders” and also works as Co-founder and CEO of Viamobile Sp. z o.o. and Nais. They serve as a Business Trainer at the EY Academy of Business Polska and a guest lecturer at Kozminski University, among various other roles in the field of psychology and leadership.
