Mohd Zuhair

Mohd Zuhair, PhD, is a skilled Geospatial Analyst and Data Scientist currently serving as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University Singapore since July 2023, where a Python framework was engineered to identify high earthquake risk regions and GNSS datasets were modeled to detect ground deformation. Previously, at Monash University from January 2018 to July 2023, Mohd Zuhair designed a predictive machine learning model for identifying earthquake-driving factors and performed geophysical data modeling. Experience includes roles as a Data Analyst and Teaching Assistant at Monash Science, Research Scholar at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Geospatial Data Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geophysics and Seismology from Monash University, alongside a Master of Technology in Exploration Geosciences and a Master of Science in Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor's Honours degree in Geology from Aligarh Muslim University.
