Rachel Attya

Rachel Attya (deLacy) is a seasoned clinical psychologist with extensive experience in forensic psychology and veterans' evaluations. Currently serving as a Forensic Evaluator at NaphCare, Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at Frederick Community College, Rachel's expertise includes conducting competency and mental health evaluations, as well as developing a psychological resiliency course. Previous roles include Clinical Psychologist for the USMC Forces Special Operations Command, where psychological services were provided to military personnel, and independent contractor positions at Veterans Evaluation Services, specializing in compensation evaluations for veterans. Rachel has also held positions as a Forensic Psychologist at Cherry Hospital, supervising and training interns, and gained a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Law from The University of Alabama, demonstrating a solid academic foundation paired with significant professional accomplishment.
