Thomas Carrington is an experienced aerospace professional with a robust background in safety and mission assurance. Currently serving as the Moon to Mars International Project Chief Safety and Mission Assurance Officer at NASA, Thomas manages critical engineering activities related to Human Spaceflight hardware and software.
