Caroline Boutwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal entity management, corporate governance, and investor relations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Legal Entity Management at Nasdaq, Caroline has also held the position of Sales Director in corporate governance and worked as a Senior Account Manager for investor relations. Prior experience includes managing Go-And-Learn Tours as the Managing Director, contributing to the Alumni Council at New England College of Business, and serving as an Account Executive II at Monster as well as a Technology Account Executive and Business Development Consultant at Oracle.
