Thomas Stanley

President & CRO, Chainalysis at Nasuni

As President & CRO at Chainalysis, Thomas Stanley is responsible for the performance, strategy and alignment of revenue operations, including worldwide sales, partner sales, alliances, customer success, services and sales operations. In close partnership with Chainalysis’ Executive Leadership Team, Stanley’s primary focus is fueling the next stage global growth in private & public sector markets around the globe.

Stanley is a 32-year technology industry veteran with experience in both the private and public sectors. From 2019-2021 he was Chief Revenue Office at Tanium where he was responsible for go-to-market operations globally. Prior to Tanium, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the Americas for NetApp, where he was responsible for direct and indirect sales, engineering, professional services, business development, finance, operations and marketing across North America, South America, and U.S. Public Sector. During his 13-year tenure at NetApp, he also held positions as senior vice president of Global Partner Sales and Alliances, and was recognized externally as one of CRN’s most influential channel chiefs. Prior to NetApp, he held sales and technical roles at SGI and IBM.

Stanley is a passionate advocate for education, science and technology, youth advancement, leadership development and diversity and inclusion. He currently serves as a board director for The Foundation at North Carolina A&T State University, Sprout Social, Nasuni, and Boys Hope Girls Hope Network. He is also an active member in the Executive Leadership Council.

Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
