Sumayya Hassan

Mrs. Sumayya Hassan (46) holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Lancaster University. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has a Postgraduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She was previously the Company Secretary and thereafter Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Oil Corporation of Kenya. She was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive director in September, 2019 and is a member of the Editorial Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee.
