Jean M. Lawler, CIPP/US, is a distinguished commercial and insurance mediator and arbitrator with extensive experience in dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Diplomat Member at the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and mediator on the Court Mediation Panel for the United States District Court in the Central District of California, Jean specializes in litigation, business, and insurance disputes. With a legal career that includes founding roles at the American College of Coverage Counsel and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, along with past presidencies in significant legal organizations, Jean possesses a strong educational background, holding a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
