Heather Earl

Heather Earl, CSP, CPEA, SMS, STS, serves as Senior Manager of Safety Services for Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios at The Walt Disney Company since January 2007. Earl has held various managerial positions in safety services across multiple Disney parks and previously worked as Health and Safety Operations Manager at Tyson Foods. Education includes MS in Agricultural Engineering and a BS in Agricultural Operations Management from the University of Florida, along with a Graduate Certificate in Total Worker Health from the Colorado School of Public Health. Earl is actively involved in numerous volunteer roles, including advisory board member for the Humane Society of Polk County and committee member for the American Lung Association, alongside serving in various leadership capacities within the American Society of Safety Professionals.
