Andrew Castellano is currently the Head of Domain Orchestration (PMO) in Consumer Finance at NAB, focusing on delivering strategic initiatives and ensuring measurable outcomes. With over a decade of experience in transformation within complex organizations and nine years in Financial Markets, Andrew has developed expertise in portfolio governance, process optimization, and operating model design. Previously, they held key roles at Citi, including Head of Strategy Transformation & Governance and Head of Delivery Change Management. Andrew's career began at Westpac Institutional Bank as an Equity Derivatives Trader, complemented by a degree from La Trobe University. Passionate about simplifying complexity and fostering collaboration, they leverage agile principles and change leadership to drive business value.
