Carol Pagliaro has over two decades of experience in finance, currently serving as Group Financial Controller at NAB since May 2001, where responsibilities include coordinating regulatory reporting and ensuring effective control processes. Prior roles at NAB encompass Associate Director of Group Regulatory Reporting, Consultant in Delivery managing offshore teams, Project Accountant providing financial insights to project managers, Senior Finance Analyst conducting financial analysis and reporting, and Finance Professional overseeing financial reporting and control. Prior to NAB, Carol worked as an Assistant Accountant at Gloweave Consolidated Pty Ltd. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting from Victorian University of Technology and is a participant in the CPA Australia Program.
