Irfan Zaidi

Irfan Zaidi, SPHRi™, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the National Bank of Pakistan since August 2025. Previously, Irfan held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ghulam Faruque Group for a brief tenure, and worked as Human Resources Business Partner at Artistic Garment Industries (AGI Denim). Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Amreli Steels Limited and Human Resources Executive at Genix Pharma (Private) Limited. Career beginnings featured positions as Junior HR Officer and HR Intern at Geo Tv Network, as well as an internee in human resources at The Hunar Foundation. Irfan holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a B.B.A in Human Resources Management from Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education.
