Sifa Kabera

Sifa Kabera is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Officer at the National Bank of Rwanda since October 2020. Prior to this role, Sifa held positions as a Human Resources Manager at Transsion Holdings Plc. from November 2018 to October 2020, and as a Human Resources Officer and Customer Care Officer at Access Bank Rwanda Ltd. from August 2015 to November 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management from the Adventist University of Central Africa (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution (2011-2015).
