Arielle Beisel

Arielle Beisel, MSW, is a Policy Specialist at the National Conference of State Legislatures, with previous experience as a Public Health Planner at El Paso County Public Health, where significant contributions included leading a joint Community Health Assessment and revising the Community Health Improvement Plan in compliance with Colorado law. As the Health Equity Planner for Maternal & Child Health, Arielle focused on addressing health disparities and promoting maternal and infant health through advocacy and partnerships. Additional roles include serving as a Legislative Policy Fellow at Centennial State Prosperity, where Arielle supported healthcare access initiatives, and as a Program Associate at SPEAK, contributing to strategic planning and advocacy efforts. Arielle's earlier experience as Director of Social Services during the COVID-19 pandemic involved managing social services for a skilled nursing facility.
