Mental Health First Aid (mhfa) Instructor

Jason Gold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health advocacy and community engagement. Currently, Jason serves as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor at the National Council for Behavioral Health and holds multiple roles including REALTOR® and ACE Master Trainer for the Michigan ACE Initiative, where there is a focus on disseminating information regarding Adverse Childhood Experiences. Previous positions include Truth, Racial Healing, Transformation Facilitator at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, President of GEM Advocacy Group, and Access and Opportunity Advocate for Ann Arbor Public Schools. Jason's background also includes a career in law enforcement as a retired officer for the City of Ann Arbor and various roles related to education and advocacy, further supported by a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Ann Arbor.
