Scott Jackson has extensive work experience in project management and construction. Scott is currently employed as a Senior Project Manager at National Design Build Services, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Comfort Group Inc as a Senior Project Manager from July 2020 to April 2023. Scott also served as an MEP Coordinator - Facebook Data Center at Holder Construction Company from January 2020 to July 2020. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical/Plumbing Specialist at S Squared MEP & GC Consultants from September 2019 to November 2019. From August 2018 to September 2019, they were the Sr. Project Manager - Head of Estimating at A & B MECHANICAL INC. Scott also held the role of Account Executive at John W. Danforth Company from December 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of Construction - Head of Project Development at a confidential company from June 2008 to October 2016. Scott served as the Managing Principal at RSJ MEP Coordination & Design from October 2014 to September 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Continuing Education Instructor at Porter and Chester Institute from November 2008 to October 2014 and as the Director of Sales/Operations & BDM at Pack-Timco, Inc. from December 2004 to May 2008. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in project management, business development, client relations, and MEP coordination.
Scott Jackson completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Haven from 1996 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended the Industrial Management Training Institute from 1991 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in MEP/F Technologies with a focus on Mechanical Engineering Technologies. Scott also earned a degree in HVAC Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Jacksonville from 1989 to 1991, specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Technology. In addition, they completed a program in HVAC Business Technology at Carrier Corp - UTC from 1994 to 1996. Scott furthered their education by obtaining a minor in Social Psychology from the University of New Haven in 2003.
Scott has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1997, they received NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certification. Additionally, they became a Master Teacher in HVAC/R through the DEPT OF EDUCATION SERVICES in April 2009. Scott is a participating member of the Association of Energy Engineers since June 2009 and a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers) since July 2010.
Recently, Scott obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Project Manager certifications in Financial Management (May 2023), Specialty Contractor Preconstruction (May 2023), Core Tools (April 2023), Project Management (April 2023), and Quality & Safety (April 2023).
