Tai Davis

Tai Davis has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the National Endowment for Democracy since 2016. Prior to this role, Tai held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at the American Psychological Association, specializing in IT talent acquisition. Earlier in the career, Tai worked as Division Director at The Creative Group/Robert Half, focusing on the recruitment of creative and digital talent, and served as Field Marketing Manager at Quest Software. Tai's experience also includes working as a Technical Writer/Marketing Coordinator at L-3 Communications and as a Multimedia Designer, where skills in UI and mobile design were applied to develop interactive training applications for military use. Tai holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
