Tara Williams-Davis

Tara Williams-Davis, MBA, PHR, CDR, serves as the Area Director of Human Resources at National Express LLC, overseeing HR functions across eight states and more than 70 Customer Service Centers. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Tara previously held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources at Reinhart Foodservice, where responsibilities included supporting 16 divisions and corporate service centers. Earlier career roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at QinetiQ North America, where management of recruiting teams and compliance was key, as well as HR management and operational roles in the restaurant industry. Tara holds an MBA in Business/HR from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University.
