Kevin Basik (Ph.D.

Kevin Basik, PhD and retired US Air Force officer, serves as the Chief of Leadership Programs at the National Medal of Honor Museum, where efforts focus on inspiring character and leadership through the stories of national heroes. As President of Basik Insight, LLC, Kevin emphasizes transformational motivational speaking. Prior to these roles, Kevin provided expert guidance on professionalism and ethical leadership development for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon and directed character and leadership programs at the United States Air Force Academy. Kevin's extensive career in leadership training includes significant positions within the Air Force ROTC and the Academy, along with academic credentials from the United States Air Force Academy, Florida State University, and Virginia Tech.
