Ian Enochs

Research Ecologist

Ian Enochs is a highly experienced Research Ecologist at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, a position held since September 2018. Prior to this role, Ian served as a postdoctoral associate at the University of Miami/NOAA from January 2011 to June 2013, focusing on the effects of natural gradients in carbonate chemistry on coral reef persistence in the Florida Keys. Ian earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marine Biology from the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science between 2006 and 2010, following a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marine Science and Biology from the University of Miami from 2002 to 2006.
