Carissa Decramer

Carissa DeCramer possesses extensive experience in budget execution and management within the National Park Service, currently serving as Deputy Chief of Budget Execution and previously as Chief of Staff, overseeing administration, business services, partnerships, and public affairs. Having held various positions at Rock Creek Park, Carissa has managed significant budgets and led administrative operations, including budget formulation and execution. Carissa's prior roles include serving as L. P. Cookingham Management Fellow at the City of Kansas City, Missouri, a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Extension, and a Research Intern at the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and participation in an academic exchange program focusing on Latin American culture and Spanish at Universidad de Belgrano.
