Anubhav Sharma – Head International Business : Partnerships, Business Development and Marketing - NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL) is responsible to work closely with CEO - NIPL and drive International Business Development initiatives facilitating enablement of NPCI Products and platforms at overseas locations. He will look forward to building mutually beneficial partnerships with multiple countries and proliferate RuPay and UPI.

Anubhav has over 21 years of experience in Retail Banking and domestic payments network, predominantly managing the digital products – including Mobility, ATMs, Cards and Net banking. He has managed the products such as Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Immediate Payments Service (IMPS), BHIM and led the business development of NFS ATM network. He has led a dynamic and creative team of product managers bringing in novelty to the existing platforms while managing the costs and Revenue margins.

He has a strong customer connect and he started his career with Cadburys in 1999 and has since worked with multiple banks including Axis Bank, Barclays Bank and DBS Bank leading the alternate Channels product strategy. He holds MBA in Human Resources and Marketing.
