Cybersecurity Director at National Security Agency

Rob Joyce is the Director of the NSA’s Cybersecurity Directorate, which is charged with preventing and eradicating threats to U.S. National Security Systems and critical infrastructure, with a focus on the Defense Industrial Base. Joyce has held a wealth of technical and leadership positions across NSA and the government, including serving as Special Assistant to the President and Cybersecurity Coordinator at the White House, Acting Homeland Security Advisor at the White House, and Chief of NSA’s Tailored Access Operations. Joyce began his career as an engineer and is a technologist at heart. He received his bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a master’s degree in Engineering from John Hopkins University.
