Debra Abbey, MS, is an experienced Senior Project Manager at NSTec, LLC since October 2006, previously serving as Control Account Manager/Project Engineer. Prior to NSTec, Debra worked at Nevada Power Company from October 2005 to October 2006 as Control Account Manager/Power Line Design and at Consumers Energy from January 1993 to December 2004 in a similar role. Debra holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University, and an Associate in Science from Jackson Community College.
