Shane Proch-Wilson

Shane Proch-Wilson is an accomplished executive currently serving as VP of Enterprise Transformation and Business Operations at National Veterinary Associates since December 2022, where efforts focus on enhancing operational efficiency and preparing the organization for IPO readiness. Previously, Shane was SVP of Operations at Tomo, leading operations during the startup's early stages, and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Southwest Airlines, where responsibilities included revenue growth, cost savings, and market strategies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, where Shane led initiatives for commercial strategy, and holding various roles in real estate and media production.
