David MacDonald

David MacDonald, O.D. is a Doctor of Optometry with experience spanning multiple roles in the optometry field and a strong background in project management. Since August 2019, David has been practicing full-scope optometry at Spartanburg Vision/Family Eyecare, focusing on medical eyecare and scleral contact lens fittings. Additionally, David serves as an Associate Optometrist at National Vision Inc. in North Charleston, SC, since June 2017. Prior to entering optometry, David held various positions, including Project Manager at Hogan Construction Group and Project Engineer, showcasing a diverse skill set and expertise in project estimations, budgets, and management. David earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry and a Bachelor's in Construction Science & Management from Clemson University.
