Katie Meguschar

Katie Meguschar is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School English, Speech, AP Psychology, and Journalism Teacher at Beech Grove Sr High School since April 2015, where Katie also holds the position of English Department Chair. In addition to their role at Beech Grove, Katie teaches Dual Credit Public Speaking at Indiana University Bloomington and Ivy Tech Community College. Katie's teaching repertoire includes Advanced Placement Psychology, Dual-Credit English, Honors English, and various speech and journalism courses. With a strong background in education, Katie has also contributed as a Teacher Consultant for the National Writing Project and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana Wesleyan University. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
