Jacqueline Richards

Jacqueline Richards is an experienced intranet and digital content manager, currently serving as the Intranet Manager at Nationwide Building Society since June 2012. In this role, Jacqueline oversees the management and operation of the intranet, focusing on continuous improvements and governance processes. Previous positions at Nationwide include Digital Content Business Partner, Intranet Migration Business Partner, and HR Intranet & Knowledge Manager, where responsibilities spanned digital communication strategies and intranet content migration. Prior to Nationwide, Jacqueline spent a decade at Alcatel-Lucent as Web Content Manager and Internal Communications Manager for multiple divisions, enhancing online presence and employee communications. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from the University of Hertfordshire and A Levels in Biology and Geography from Swindon College.
