Lily Pan

Lily Pan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of HR, People Culture & Organization at Avon under Natura &Co since April 2020, Lily leads the China team and collaborates with business leaders to enhance organizational performance through effective HR strategies. Prior to this, Lily held the position of HR Director at GSK from January 2009 to March 2020, steering HR solutions and organizational development across the enterprise. Earlier career highlights include roles as HR Manager-Head of HRBP at Sony and HR Manager-Head of HR at WPP, where organizational transformation and performance improvement were prioritized. An initial focus on regional HR leadership at Mars further enriched Lily's expertise in people strategy and capability building. Educational credentials include an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and studies at Peking University.
