Vince Smith

Vince Smith possesses extensive experience in digital, data, and informatics roles, currently serving as the Head of Digital, Data and Informatics and Head of Diversity and Informatics at the Natural History Museum. Prior roles include Cybertaxonomist and Assistant Research Scientist at the Illinois Natural History Survey, University of Illinois Champaign Urbana, and Wellcome Trust Junior Research Fellow at The University of Glasgow. Vince Smith earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Systematic Biology/Biological Systematics from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Bristol.
