Caitlin Brown

Caitlin Brown is an experienced professional in sustainability and strategic innovation, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Innovation for Agriculture, Forestry & Finance at NatureMetrics since October 2025. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at ERM from January 2022 to October 2025, including Principal Consultant in Nature & Water and several roles focused on climate change and corporate sustainability. Caitlin's career began at Lidl GB, where roles ranged from Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Officer to Management Graduate. Additional experience includes time as an Experience Host at Clue Capers Limited and as a Brand Ambassador for Teach First. Notably, Caitlin was President of Keble College, Oxford, overseeing initiatives to enhance student experiences, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
