Alejandra Rodriguez

Alejandra Rodriguez is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human capital management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President Human Capital at NatureSweet since May 2023, Alejandra previously held the position of CHRO at Bocar Group and directed Global Human Resources and HS&E at Envases. Alejandra's leadership roles at Orbia and The Clorox Company involved overseeing HR functions for large organizations, managing people strategies, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Earlier in her career, Alejandra contributed to Procter & Gamble and Gillette in various HR capacities, and also worked as an HR Manager at Philips. Alejandra holds an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
