Lesley McGeoch Fcipd

Lesley McGeoch FCIPD currently serves as Head of People Relations at NatWest Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lesley McGeoch held multiple senior positions at RBS from January 1997 to October 2021, including Head of Employee Relations and Head of Policy & Employment. Lesley McGeoch also managed HR aspects of the ABN Amro Integration within the Group Manufacturing Division and oversaw the Group HR Resourcing & Development function. Lesley McGeoch's early career includes the position of HR Officer at John Menzies from 1991 to 1997. Lesley McGeoch obtained a BA Hons in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University between 1988 and 1991.
