Ian Street is the President and Founding Partner of Nautilus Consulting, LLC, a national construction consulting and dispute resolution firm established in 2006. With over 30 years of expertise in engineering, construction management, project scheduling, cost estimating, and claims consulting, Ian has also served as an expert witness in schedule delay and damage analysis, cost claims, and labor productivity. Additionally, Ian holds board membership with the CFMA Long Island Chapter and serves on the construction panel of the American Arbitration Association. Previous experience includes directing scheduling at Greyhawk and serving as a resident engineer at Hazen & Sawyer, PC, where Ian managed diverse municipal construction projects. Ian earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York.
