Julieta Jakubowicz

Julieta Jakubowicz is a Senior Project Manager at Nava. Julieta has over four years of experience in coaching and leading teams through Agile and SAFe processes.

Jakubowicz began their career as an Agile Coach at Olivia consultoría, where they led a seminar on "Introduction to Scaled Agile and the Scrum Master role." Julieta then transitioned to Capital One, where they served as Agile Delivery Lead for three years. In this role, they were responsible for team initiatives such as omnichannel platform tools and initiatives such as testing and localization automation, componentization of shared features and services, and monorepo migration. Julieta also coached Product Owners and Technical leads in JIRA management, story mapping, SMART OKRs, and other Lean Agile tools.

In their current role at Nava, Jakubowicz is responsible for coaching teams and new Scrum Masters in Agile and SAFe towards high-functioning and self-sufficient processes through continuous improvement. Julieta is also a contributor to the Agile Community of Practice and part of the Theirpanic BRG and Lean In Circles.

Julieta Jakubowicz reports to Rohan Bhobe, CEO and Co-Founder. They work with Tiffany Chen - Project Manager, Ivana Ng - VP, Product, and Alicia Benish - Program Strategist.
