Mike Moran

Mike Moran is the IT Manager at Nava. Prior to their current position, Mike worked as an Executive Support Lead Analyst at News Corp from July 2018 to February 2019. Mike has extensive experience managing vendor and partner relationships in key areas such as mobile telecommunications, print services, and mobile device management. Mike has also overseen multiple executive events and projects, including quarterly Board of Directors meetings, Earnings Report calls, and executive offsite events. Mike is known for developing new support queue management processes to improve response time and user satisfaction, reducing an internal metric failure rate from 41% to 4%.

Mike Moran pursued a bachelor's degree in communication arts at Marymount Manhattan College.
