Joseph Bilda

Joseph Bilda has a work experience spanning over 20 years. Joseph started their career in 2001 as a CAD designer and PLS at Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc., where they worked until 2012. Joseph then joined HB Engineering, Inc. as a PLS and continued in that role for ten years. In 2022, they moved on to LIVIC Civil as a PLS and Project Manager, staying there until 2023. Currently, they are working at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. as a PLS and Project Manager.

Joseph Bilda attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Surveying Technology/Surveying.
