Brian Horley

Brian Horley has over twenty (20) years of experience in the healthcare industry, of which the last seventeen (17) years have been spent delivering information technology solutions to organizations across the United States, Canada and the UK. Throughout his career Brian has held many leadership positions in a variety of environments, including hospitals, MEDITECH and various consulting firms.

During his years with Dell Services (formally Perot Systems, JJWild), Brian was instrumental in growing the organization’s consulting practices, where he served numerous roles ranging from Project Manager, to Managing Director of Consulting Services, and Director of Central Services. Prior to consulting, Brian worked for several hospitals as IT Director. His experience in the clinical setting, operations, technology, delivery and as an EHR vendor, positions him well in his current role as Vice President of Business Development with Navin Haffty.
