David LaFontaine

SVP, Business Development & Marketing at Navin, Haffty & Associates, LLC

As Senior Vice President at Navin Haffty, David oversees the company’s efforts around business development, new and existing client relationships, as well as all marketing and sales strategies.

With over 30 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, 18 of which have been spent delivering information technology solutions to healthcare organizations across the United States and Canada, David’s breadth of experience involves both selling and delivering solutions around implementation, support, training, project management, planning, assessments, and business and IT strategies.

David has a deep understanding of the MEDITECH EHR as well as the MEDITECH community, having spent six (6) years in the sales and marketing group at MEDITECH.

From there he joined Beacon Partners as a Vice President, where he helped grow and shape the MEDITECH Consulting Practice for the company. He has served in many roles throughout his career in healthcare IT, from business development and sales to project and engagement management, as well as oversight of quality of services and management of client relationships for a wide variety of clients and healthcare organizations across North America.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) where he majored in Economics, and his Master’s in Business Administration from Anna Maria College (Paxton, MA).
