Lauren McCarthy

Lauren McCarthy, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting from 2010, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at Fertility & Genetics, where they successfully increased patient traffic and brand visibility.

In 2013, they joined ChenMed as a Corporate Marketing Manager, focusing on strategic branding and marketing operations for all ChenMed brands. Lauren worked on various projects aimed at attracting and retaining Medicare patients in a managed Medicare model.

From 2015 to 2017, Lauren worked at Remedy Partners as a Market Operations Manager, where they played a key role in improving patient care quality while reducing Medicare costs. Lauren worked with local acute and post-acute care providers, setting targets for performance and developing methods for success.

In 2017, they became a Practice Development Manager at ShiftMD, where they marketed and implemented the ShiftMD technology platform into medical practices' workflow. Lauren also collaborated with senior leadership to drive business growth and manage scalable expansion.

From 2019 to 2022, Lauren worked as a Market Engagement Director at CareCentrix, responsible for achieving cost savings in a value-based care program for a national health insurance client.

In 2022, they joined Enlace Health as a Principal Client Success Executive, overseeing the success of value-based care programs for national/regional health plan clients and health tech partners.

Currently, starting from 2023, Lauren is serving as a Senior Director, Client Partner Success at Navvis, where they are responsible for ensuring client success.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills, and a focus on improving healthcare outcomes and the patient experience.

Lauren McCarthy, MBA, obtained a Healthcare MBA degree from the Florida International University - College of Business in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Services Administration from Florida State University. Lauren has also acquired various certifications including Contracting for Consultants, Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Project Management Skills for Leaders, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Agile Leader Certified, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), and Visual Analytics with Tableau.
