Michael Kovarik, PMP, LPM, SA, SSM, A-CSM, CSM, ITIL, CAPM is an experienced Senior Project Manager and Enterprise Portfolio Strategist with a background in overseeing complex IT projects and initiatives for various organizations, including Navy Federal Credit Union, Freddie Mac, and the SEC. Michael's responsibilities have included managing cross-initiative technical sequencing conflicts, leading agile practices, overseeing program comprised of distinct projects, and instituting enhancement and automation projects for global deployments. Michael holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science - Information Systems from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from The University of New Mexico.
